We use the Voxer app for seamless communication, allowing you to send voice messages and texts whenever you need support. You’ll receive personalised guidance in real-time, and coaches check-in once daily, five days a week M-F Australian time. This way, you can navigate life’s challenges with ease and confidence!

Simply fill out the application form, and we’ll be in touch within 48-72 hours to schedule a call. We want to ensure it’s the right fit for you before you dive in!

Yes, Sonic Success is a month-month program, but we highly encourage a 12-month commitment for the best results. Real transformation takes time, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

We encourage a consistent commitment to your journey, which means we don’t offer pauses or refunds beyond the first 14 days. If you decide to step away, your spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list, and you’ll lose your original rate that you signed up with.

Absolutely! You’ll have exclusive access to Inner Spark, our signature online course Stuck to Unstoppable Success Path, and an exlcusive Mastermind community (capped at 50 people) to help deepen your journey and keep you accountable.

We want you to feel totally confident in your decision to join Sonic Success! If, for any reason, you find that our program isn’t the right fit for you, we’ve got your back with a refund under these simple conditions:

14-Day Engagement Period: You have 14 days from the start of your program to fully engage with Sonic Success and your coach. This includes actively using the Voxer app for communication and support.

Requesting a Refund: If, after the 14-day period, you feel that the program isn’t meeting your needs, you must request your refund via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of the end of your 14 day engagement period. Miss that deadline and the refund will be void.

You won’t find that kind of guarantee in any other practicing psychotherapy clinic. Please note that refunds will only be processed if the above conditions are met. If you join again down the track, this refund policy will not apply - it's a one time deal. Your happiness and satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

You’ll have a dedicated coach who you can connect with through an app called Voxer, allowing you to send voice messages and get daily responses (Monday to Friday - Australian Time). No more waiting for a week to check in - this is all about getting the support you need, right when you need it!
